Is one hair color kit enough for long/thick hair? Will this hair color lighten already colored hair?

Our liquid-creme formula will go a long way but even saturation is key to rich, uniform results. For thick or very long hair we recommend 2 hair color kits to ensure proper application. Our hair color cannot lighten previously colored hair.

My grays are stubborn, will this product cover them?

Stubborn grays are no match for our naturally derived formulas! We suggest adding a N(neutral) to your formula for added coverage. For example, if you are 7WB, get both the 7WB and 7N hair color kits. Combine half of each tube & one 2 Oz developer.

How long does the color last? What kind of shampoo and conditioner should I use?

Our permanent hair color is fade proof for up to 8 weeks! Using a color safe shampoo and conditioner like our Color Care Shampoo and Conditioner collection will help prevent fade out for up to 8 weeks.

What comes with the hair color kit?

Each hair color kit contains everything you need to start coloring at home! Inside you will find (1) 2oz tube of hair color (1) 2oz developer (1) instruction booklet (1) pair of gloves (1) barrier cream (1) color removing wipe (1) applicator bottle

Should I wash my hair before coloring?

There is no need to wash your hair prior to coloring unless you have heavy product in your hair. If you do have a lot of product in your hair, we suggest washing out the product and drying hair completely before coloring.
