Will this hair color lighten already colored hair? Our hair color cannot lighten previously colored hair.

My grays are stubborn, will this product cover them? Our naturally derived formulas are effective at covering stubborn grays. We recommend adding a neutral (N) to your formula for added coverage.

How long does the color last? What kind of shampoo and conditioner should I use? Our permanent hair color is fade-proof for up to 8 weeks. Using color-safe shampoo and conditioner, like our Color Care Shampoo and Conditioner collection, will help prevent fade out.

What comes with the hair color kit? Each hair color kit contains all the necessary items to start coloring at home, including a 2oz tube of hair color, 2oz developer, instruction booklet, gloves, barrier cream, color removing wipe, and applicator bottle.

Should I wash my hair before coloring? There is no need to wash your hair prior to coloring, unless there is a heavy product buildup. If your hair has a lot of product in it, we suggest washing it and drying it completely before coloring.
