Is one hair color kit enough for long/thick hair? Will this hair color lighten already colored hair?

Our Liqui-Crème formula can cover a large amount of hair, however, ensuring even saturation is essential for consistent, rich results. For thick or very long hair, we recommend using 2 hair color kits to ensure complete and proper coverage. Additionally, our hair color does not lighten previously colored hair.

My grays are stubborn, will this product cover them?

Our naturally derived formulas are effective in covering stubborn grays. We recommend adding a neutral shade to your formula for added coverage. For example, if your desired shade is 7WB, we recommend obtaining both the 7WB and 7N hair color kits and combining half of each tube with one 2 oz developer.

How long does the color last? What kind of shampoo and conditioner should I use?

Our permanent hair color is fade-proof for up to 8 weeks. Using a color-safe shampoo and conditioner, such as our Color Care Shampoo and Conditioner collection, will help prevent fade out for up to 8 weeks.

What comes with the hair color kit?

Each hair color kit contains everything you need for at-home coloring, including a 2oz tube of hair color, a 2oz developer, an instruction booklet, a pair of gloves, barrier cream, a color removing wipe, and an applicator bottle.

Should I wash my hair before coloring?

There is no need to wash your hair before coloring unless there is heavy product buildup. In the case of heavy product, it is recommended to wash and completely dry your hair before coloring.
