Is one hair color kit enough for long/thick hair? Will this hair color lighten already colored hair?

Our liquid-creme formula can go a long way, however, ensuring even saturation is crucial for rich, consistent results. For thick or very long hair, we recommend using 2 hair color kits to ensure proper coverage. Our hair color cannot lighten hair that has already been colored.

My grays are stubborn, will this product cover them?

Our naturally derived formulas are effective against stubborn grays! We recommend adding a Neutral shade to your formula for additional coverage. For example, if you are using 7WB, we suggest purchasing both the 7WB and 7N hair color kits. Combine half of each tube with one 2 oz developer.

How long does the color last? What kind of shampoo and conditioner should I use?

Our permanent hair color is guaranteed to remain fade-proof for up to 8 weeks! Using a color-safe shampoo and conditioner, such as our Color Care Shampoo and Conditioner collection, will help prevent fading for up to 8 weeks.

What comes with the hair color kit?

Each hair color kit contains everything required to begin coloring at home! Inside, you will find one 2 oz tube of hair color, one 2 oz developer, an instruction booklet, a pair of gloves, barrier cream, a color removing wipe, and an applicator bottle.

Should I wash my hair before coloring?

There is no need to wash your hair before coloring unless you have a significant amount of product in your hair. If your hair has a lot of product buildup, we recommend washing it and ensuring it is completely dry before coloring.
